How do I use the tangle-free necklace straps?
It’s easy! Open the strap that you’d like to hold your necklace(s) in place. Place your necklace(s) horizontal and directly beneath the straps, keeping the magnets clear (the necklace should make a circle around the line of magnets). Close the strap on top of the necklace(s) so the magnets connect. Roll your bag and fasten it with the elastic loops and tie. Now, you’re ready to go! When removing your necklaces, be sure to hold the necklace down when pulling back the strap to keep your magnetic jewelry from sticking to the top.
How do I know my payment is safe?
I have a problem with my order. What do I do?

Where is my order?
An email with your tracking number should have been sent to you after your order was processed. This can take up to 24-48 hours Monday-Friday. If you did not receive your tracking number within this time, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to make sure your purchase is on its way!
I live outside the United States and my order won’t process.
We’re flattered that you’re interested in our products, but we currently only ship domestically within the U.S. and internationally to Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia. Send us an email at email@example.com to request shipping to your country.
How do I take care of my bag?
We know keeping things clean isn’t easy, but to keep your blingsling® in tip-top shape, we recommend spot-cleaning only with soap and water. Treat the spot delicately and do not machine wash.
What if I tear my bag?
Although it is not expected, if a tear occurs and exposes the magnets, please handle with caution and keep away from children and animals. Magnets are very strong. If a magnet is somehow swallowed, please seek medical attention immediately.
How can I buy a gift card.
We are excited that you want to gift our products! However, at this point, we do not offer gift cards. We’re hoping to add this feature to our site in the near future!
I want to leave a review. Where can I do this?
